We offer both Property Management and Property Consultancy Services in Surrey, Richmond, Kingston, Cobham and SW London.

We can manage your London property on an on-going basis and this year we are introducing a Pay-as-you-use service whereby you only pay for our services when you need them, unlike most agent who typically charge a fixed amount (that can be up to 8% of the yearly rent) even if you do use their services. This is a unique model in the industry that gives you piece of mind that your property will be looked after when you need it without paying the extra charges.

We also offer Property Consultancy Services. We manage projects on your behalf sourcing the best services available at specially negotiated prices. We are independent and, whilst we have access to a good network of professional services and traders in the area, we also obtain several quotations for all projects even small. Richard Thevenon’s background is Project and Programme Management and we strive to always deliver projects to the highest standards, on time and on budget.

Through many years of experience in Property Management, I have seen many landlords investing significant sums of money into project with very little return on their investment, for instance conservatories. We are able to advise you on the “biggest bang for your buck” that will improve the rental yield and/or add real value to your property.
